Privacy Policy

PulseCalls, published by Korek Production. Last updated 4 September 2026.

This policy explains what PulseCalls collects, why, and what you can do about it. If anything here is unclear, write to info@korekproduction.com.

What we collect

Why we collect it

To run the service: to deliver your messages, connect your calls, keep your account, show your gifts and coins, send you notifications, keep the app working, and to show the optional ads that pay for it.

Who else sees it

PulseCalls runs on Google Firebase (authentication, database, file storage, notifications and hosting) and shows ads through Google AdMob. SMS verification codes are sent through an SMS provider. These providers process data on our behalf so the app can work. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Your messages and account stay until you delete them or delete your account. Diagnostic data is kept for a limited period and then discarded.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from inside the app, in Settings. Deleting removes your profile, your messages and your uploaded files from our systems. You can also ask us to delete your account by writing to info@korekproduction.com from the address on the account.

Ads and your choices

Ads are optional: you only see one if you choose to watch it in exchange for coins. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your phone's settings (Android: Settings › Google › Ads; iPhone: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking). You can also refuse contacts access, notifications, camera and microphone permissions at any time in your phone's settings.

Children

PulseCalls is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has an account, write to us and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
